Quick Ab Routine

I created this routine for those that want that burn in a short period of time!

Complete 45 seconds for 2 sets of each exercise then 30 seconds for each set of exercises for a total of 4 sets/rounds.

You'll need:
  • a set of dumbbells'
  • a mat
  • a looped band (optional)

Each exercise targets all areas of the core! However, I don't recommend this for everyone especially if you suffer from back pain.

Exercise order:
  • Boat with a shoulder press
  • Boat with a hammer curl and shoulder press
  • In & Out with a dumbbell (with a bicycle)
  • Bicycles with the looped band 
  • Partial crunch with bird arms
  • Stretch: cobra and child's pose
